A South You Never Ate

The fourth "A South You Never Ate" dinner at Chatham Vineyards, an endeavor of the Eastern Shore of Virginia Foodways. Guest chefs work with Eastern Shore of Virginia growers, aquaculturalists and culinary historians; each chef creates two or three original small plates from local ingredients such as Hayman sweet potatoes, preserved figs and Seaside oysters and clams, with seasonings like smoked fig leaves and fennel seed.
